CO 6 sts
Row 1: p
Row 2: (k1, m1) to
the end of the row (12 sts)
Row 3: p
Row 4: (k2, m1) to
the end of the row (18 sts)
Row 5: p
Row 6: (k3, m1) to
the end of the row (24 sts)
St st till you get
about 1 inch from the CO edge, and then start decrease.
Decrease:
Row 1: (k2, k2tog)
to the end of the row (18 sts)
Row 2: p
Row 3: (k1, k2tog)
to the end of the row (12 sts)
Row 4: p
Row 5: (k2tog) to
the end of the row (6 sts)
Row 6: p
Thread through sts,
close with mattress stich.
