You need:
-3 mm needles
-3 mm double pointed needles
-acrylic yarn in white and green
Pattern:
CO 40 sts using white yarn.
Rows 1-2: k
Rows 3-17: st st, start with purl (15 rows)
Row 18: k1, (k1, k2tog) X 13 (27 sts)
Row 19: k
Row 20: k1, (k2, k2tog) X9, k2 (21sts)
Change to green yarn
Continue to make the head:
Row 22-29: st st 8 rows, start with k
Row 30: (k1, k2tog) X 7 (14 sts)
Row 31: p
Row 32: k2, (k2, k2tog) X 3 (11 sts)

Break the yarn, leave a long tail (about 15 sm). Thread through sts.
Using green yarn make a
running stitch just on the edge between white and green yarn, pull the yarn
through the wrong side. Fill the head with polyester fiberfill. Pull and tie.
ANTENNAS:
Make two
Using double pointed
needles and green yarn CO 2 sts make i-cord long about 3 cm, then change to
white yarn.
Using white yarn:

Cut the yarn and leave a
long tail. Sew white part to make a small ball as a knot. White part is the
eye. You may use fabric paint or you may embroider the pupil using black yarn.
ARMS
Make two
CO 6 sts using green yarn
Rows 1-9 : st st, start
with p
Row 10: k2tog, k2, k2tog
(4 sts)
Row 11: p
Break the yarn, leave a long tail. Thread through sts.
Sew all parts together.

PETALS
Make a chain long about 30 cm using
crochet hook and pink yarn. Make five petals. With fabric yellow paint or
yellow yarn make a few stamens in the middle.
Sew petals and leaf to
the stalk.
Cat
You need:
-3mm needles
-acrylic yarn in white, grey and black
Pattern:
CO 40 sts with grey yarn
Rows 1-2: k
Row 3: p
Change to white yarn
Row 4: knit
Row 5: purl
Change to grey yarn
Row 6: k
Row 7: p
Repeat rows 4-7 two more times. You have to make
three white and three grey stripes generally (use the photo as a guide) Then
repeat rows 4-5 one more time.
Decrease rows:
Row 1: k1, (k1, k2tog) X13 (27 sts)
Row 2: p
Row 3: k1, (k2, k2tog) to end (21sts)
Row 4: p
Change to grey yarn and continue to make the head.

Sew all parts together. You may use fabric paints for
make up or black and pink yarn for the nose, eyes and paws. Moustaches are made
with two pieces black yarn, tied and brushed with a comb.
