-yarn in light and dark brown
Pattern:
Using 2,5 mm knitting needles CO 26 sts using light brown yarn. Knit one
row.
Change to dark brown yarn.
St st till piece measures 2 cm, begin with purl.
Work one purl row from right side.
St st till piece measures 6 ½ cm from the CO edge.
Next:
Row 1 (RS): Cast on 15 sts at beginning of row, and work K 15, P 26
Row 2: Cast on 15 sts at beginning of row, and work K 5, P 10, K 26, P
10, K 5
Row 3: Knit stitch
Row 4: K 5, P 10, K 26, P 10, K 5
Repeat rows 3 and 4 till piece measures 8 ½ cm.
Row 5: Cast off 15 sts, P 26, K 15
Row 6: Cast off 15 sts, P 26
St st till piece measures 13 cm from the CO edge.
Row 7: Purl stitch row from right side
Rows 8, 10, 12, 14: Purl stitch
Rows 9, 11, 13, 15: Knit stitch
Change to light brown.
Row 16: Purl stitch
Bind off.
Sew together bag seams.
Handles
Make two.
Cast on 30 sts with light brown.
Knit one row. Bind off.
Attach to the bag. Embroider a logo.
