every KNIT row SLIP the first stitch.

Row 5: p
Row 6: (k3, m1) to the end of
the row (36 sts)
Row 7: p
Row 8: (k4, m1) to the end of the
row (45 sts)

Row 10: (k5, m1) to the end of

Row 11: p
Row 12: (k6, m1) to the end of
